Interpretation Of Life

Following other former researches, the present paper studies the artistic track and characteristic of Li Boan, a well known Chinese painter, so as to lay down a footstone for other researchers, and to provide some available information for the artistic way in the future while I am analyzing his achievement and contribution in art. The whole article is divided into four parts besides "Introduction". In part one the relation between painter's life experience and his spirit of painting art is discussed. Part Two deals with the relation between the growth of the painter and style of his paintings, and his character of works are summarized. The first two parts analyze the formation of his creative ideas and the establishment of his outstanding aspect of art by commenting on the painter's biography. The third part examines deeply the skills of painting through the practical works. The last part serves as a conclusion. The present writer expects to conclude the painter's—Li Boan Master's— achievement and style in art from the spirits and skills of his paintings, and try to find his role exactly in the history of painting art.
