Visual design, as an existing manner of culture form, is the media and bridge for culture communication. Design works are the carriers of visual design. The creative process of design works is the visual communication between the designer's visual explanatory ability and the exterior things and is the manifestation of the designer's individual culture character. The meaning of design works lies in the receivers' psychological frame of visual culture. Visual design, which reflects the social culture, in essence is a special culture creation activity. It is the art manifestation of the designer's taste of the definite culture. The taste and creation of the designer always go to the deepest level of culture and he tries to represent the human's intricate spiritual culture phenomenon. By this way, the designer can self-consciously choose the means to organize the historical culture awareness and he can find the agreement between his own values and the social culture values. As a result, a relatively independent culture awareness and culture frame are formed.Nowadays, China is seeking for the opportunity to manifest her creativity to the world. However, the difference in national culture is the obstacle which block our communication with the world. Designers hope to break the restriction which the old notion brings about in their incessant practice and exploring and to obtain greater space for their creation. However, standing on the global communication stage, we discover the breakthroughs and the regrets in our communication with the international design circles. The regrets are brought about by the lack of the individual culture character and the exploring spirit.
