The outbreaks of the hardware accelerate the popularity and mutuality of graphic software. Internet technology totally changes the design work flow.Design software becomes the necessary tool of design industry. Designers abandon hand draw. They are able to get so many effects by the tools of software easily. However, do the technology "What You See Is What You GET" equal to "What You See Is What You WANT"? How the globalization and monopoly market of design software affect the career of designers? Facing the elimination of local cultural characteristic in software, what kind of attitude we should have?
