The author have been studying in the field of theater stage design combined with painting art research for totally 7 years, so in this article, the author presents her thinking and opinion of painting art, esp. visual thought, which is deeply marked with theatrical teaching system from conceptive and technical aspects by a kind of relatively vivid and individual style of writing, which is mainly on the basis of her own practice and experience. On one hand, this article technically analyzes and concludes some basic painting elements trying to know how they work in the process of art creation activities; on the other hand, it also concerns the differences in the field of the teaching system of painting art between the theater academy and the fine art college, such as the differences in environmental resource, qualification integration, aesthetic tendency, value conception and realistic focus. In the author's opinion, the painting art under the theatrical teaching system has more relative advantages than the fine art teaching system does, because theater academy covers wide cultural knowledge, combines various genus of art creative ideas and catchs new trend of fashion in new era. As a postgraduate student, the author regards what she mention above as a kind of response to the new idea of qualification-oriented education which focuses on training and developing the capability of students in finding the demands of both the surrounding environment and their own, and then choosing the problems, thinking the problems and finally resolving the problems independently. Any kind of art or artist can make a system for themselves, from the very beginning to the end, deciding their own principles and theories——this understanding will be much more significant in the author's future career and life.
