The 1940s Poetry "fate" Theme Study

In this thesis the potential theme in the new poems of the forties ~ destiny is analyzing by combining historical culture criticism and text study and adopting relevant theories on creation psychology and psychoanalysis. In chapter one, the existence basic point of destiny theme has been combed from two aspects of the traditional inheritance and the call of the times, and then on the basis of the production of the three major creation groups, the various expression of the destiny theme is wholly described. In chapter two, as the body of the thesis, the intension of the three major image groups (the "sun " image group, " earth " image group , "night" image group) of the destiny theme is analyzed one by one and then the difference of the expressing forms of the destiny theme in art is tracked down. Finally, the spiritual intension with different qualities carried in the destiny theme is dissected, which thoroughly discusses the reasons of the production of image and choices of the form. In chapter three, now poem history of the destiny theme in new poems of the forties is reviewed wholly, as well as the literature history, and the influence of this theme and its variation during spreading are preliminarily discussed.Firstly, the thesis complements the study on the new poems of the forties. On the basis of the text study, the thesis studies the spiritual history.
