Peifu Theory

LiPei-fu has never won national literary medal. But he has been one of most important contemporary novelists because of his steadfast creation pursuit and unique artistic style. Li adheres to traditional realism principles , clearly knows his own creation personality and art age trends.To art age trends of the same periods,he follows them but most resists.During almost 20-years' writings Li has paid close attention to three facets: rural humanity level, power work of rural bastic society ,embarrassed chanllenge.Four types of figue appear in his novels:rural people as "flock of sheep",rural authoritative people as "shepherds", rural intellectuals who absent modern knowledge spirit and betray the interest of rural people,tying females who are attached to males.Li's artistic personality lies in the "repeat" of creations as a whole, narrative irony.Most of his novels structures entirely use biolographyical fram that are divided into chapers and sections, established little titles.In his creating process, the way of "snowball" makes up his writings,more extends his creation subjects and art imagery. Li's articles more draw lessons from the structures of Chinese tradictional novels.
