The reform at the end of Qing Dynasty includes reforming judicial system and implementing constitutional policy, developing industry, abolishing of the traditional China examination system, establishing new-fashioned school, encouraging study abroad, enlarging new-fashioned army, police system, founding regional autonomy etc. It is an overall reform, whose content involves many broad fields such as politics, economy, military affair society and cultural life. This reform has a greater effect on the future in the political system, the economy, the cultural and educational system. In the area of the political system, its law reform promotes the establishment of modern judicial and law system in China. Its constitutional reform makes bourgeois democratic politics begin to try in China. In the area of the economy, the Qing dynasty implements a series of policies on economic development including industry and commerce. It no longer persists in the direction of monopoly economy run by the government or government monitored and privately invested. However, it supports and encourages private capital, establishes free market economic system and accelerates the development of capitalist economy, to some extent, thereby laying indispensable economic foundation on the transformation of Chinese society. In the area of the education system, the Qing government abolishes the traditional Chinese examination system, establishes new-fashioned schools, encourage study abroad, attaches importance to normal education, basic education and industrial education, and introduces advanced theoretical knowledge of education in the West. These reforms promote the trans-formation from traditional education to modern education in china, They also prepare a stronger impetus for the whole transformation of Chinese society. The reform at the end of Qing Dynasty is a more comprehensive system reform of Chinese society, which has a very important place in the history of China's modern system reform. It leads to the formal large-scale and overall development of China's modernization, and promotes the transformation from traditional society to modern society in China. In a word, the research on this subject has very important academic value and some realistic meaning.
