Realize Justice Everywhere

Zhan ruoshui was an important philosopher of Ming dynasty and South China, for getting great achievements at the culture, the learning and the officer. He developed a school of his own by the proposition "everywhere understanding the justice" in the Chinese ethics theory. Through the detailed analysis, the primary contents of this paper conclude four parts.Part one is the theoretical precondition of Zhan ruoshui'moral culture thoughts, that is, "the doctrine that human nature is good ".As to this viewpoint, the article explains it with these definitions-original heart and habitual heart, in wit and intuitive knowledge.Part two analyzes the basic principle of Zhan ruoshui' moral culture theory. It clearly emphasizes the" understanding the justice" principle by the relationship of"Li" and "Qi", "Li"and "heart", "Li"and "nature".Part three introduces the methods of Zhan ruoshui'moral culture theory. The part analyzes two kinds of methods: one is about the moral consciousness, including "determining aspiration", "exerting the respect" and "not forgetting and not helping"; another is about the moral activity, including the combining of movement and motionless ,the paralleling of knowing and acting.Part four evaluates the thought of Zhan ruoshui'moral culture, which shows the positive and negative factors of his viewpoints. To the positive meaning of Zhan ruoshui'moral culture theory, the article thinks it serves as a link between past and future at the ethics of Ming dynasty.Besides,it has the merit of putting the moral culture views into the practice .At the same time, the paper reveals the negative factors of Zhan ruoshui'moral culture theory.Finally, the article points out that Zhan ruoshui'moral culture theory and activity have enormous referential and enlightenment meanings to developing the South China culture and China' politics ethics and civic virtues.
