The supervising power of circuit superisor in Ming Dynasty which mixed administractive, prosecuive and judicial power together, is a kind of mixed power. It included examination on the ability of officials and supervision on their action. And recommending impeaching and trial were one part of it, too.Inspection is a main kind mean for finding and punishing lawless offcials. KaoMan is a synthetical system to appraise officials' ability, gains and losses. Investigation is a fixed examination on offcials' action. circuit superisor can recommode and punish officials too. Through mixing many kinds of power, circuit superisor can supervise and control local official.From 43 to 47 in Wanli period, TianShengJin supervised GuangDong area as a superisor. After accomplishment, he collected all his files in this period and published a book which name is AnYueShuGao. It provided us a typical example to exam the supervise power of circuit superisor in Ming Dynasty.
