Yang Yiqing And The Ming Dynasty In Shaanxi Administration Of Horses

The policy on managing horse is a kind of managing system of purchasing ,feeding ..keeping and using the horses ,to meet the political demand in the feudal society . In the period of Ming dynasty ,the frontier of the country is in danger of being attacked .Shaan Xi was a province in the side of the country ,so the government paid more attention to Shaan X i 's policy of managing houses .however ,since the middle period of Ming dynasty ,the policy was on its decline .In this situation ,Yang Yiqing received the order to reform the policy and got a better result .But because of the corruption of the officers in the government ,Yang Yiqing 's great effort couldn't prevent the policy from debility .The paper is divided into six chapters .explaining and analyzing this matters .Chapter 1 .Introduction , including the purpose and significance of this paper .It gives an outline of the present study on Shaan Xi's policy on managing the horse in the twenties century.Chapter 2.A11 Yang Yiqing 's life ,paying more attention to his probity in the government and achievement in reforming the policy.Chapter 3.The institution of the policy on managing the horse at its flourishing ages .It introduces the institution 's sound and its proper management.Chapter 4.The background of Yang Yiqing 's reforming the policy and the general situation of the temples .In the earlier period of Mingdynasty ,the policy was on its gold time .However ,as to the reform of the temple ,the reduce of the grass ,the corruption of the government and the demise of the horse ,the policy had been abolished gradually from the middle period of Ming dynasty .In this situation ,Yang Yiqing took the post of reforming the policy .Chapter 5.Yang Yiqing's specific measures on the policy reforming in Shaan Xi .As soon as Yang Yiqing took the post ,he appointed temples 's officers very carefully ,grew the grass ,increased the service to raise the horse ,as so on .All these correlation measures supplemented each other and gave the policy life again .Also the measures reflect Yang Yiqing's high ability of management.Chapter 6.The decline of the policy and the reason .Yang Yiqing was framed by the treacherous court official and the policy's reform was in trouble .So the policy of managing the horse in Shaan Xi came to the decline again .In the end ,the author concludes that the decline of the policy came from the corruption of the government in Ming dynasty .
