Poetic Rising And Annihilation

After tidying up the women's writing since 1970's, the article presents the contemporary women writers' gender consciousness in creation in a clear and integrated manner, and makes some comments to' their achievements and defects as well.The article divides the process of women's writing into four stages: women's writing aiming at the society in 1980's; obscure sexual descriptions in middle and late 1980's; the writing from the actual feminist point of view in the early 1990's and the unique writing of new generation writers in the middle and late 1990's. Through the painstaking reading of the women writers' typical texts during different stages, after analyzing the different forms reflected in the process of creation, the article abstracts the twisted growth of gender consciousness embodied inthe creation, thus summarizing the women writings' achievement and prospecting its future.
