Hans Reichenbach studied the probability theory systematically and deeply and posed the probability theory of meaning based on it, and also justified induction pragmatically on the basis of his probability logic.Reichenbach's frequent probability logical system was constructed in the study of induction, probability theory and mathematical logical theory and ways were used in it, the conception of frequent of mathematical probability theory was used in mathematic in it and it was an external, relative and multi-valued logic in logic. The feature was the conception of frequent. It leaded a great progress of inductive study in formation and quantification. Although there were some difficulties in the course of development, these forced it to be amended and supplemented, and made it becoming more and more perfect. At the same time, his study of probability logic reflected the tendency of penetration, unitization and entirety in modern science and technology deeply. He replaced the positivism's truth theory of meaning with the probability theory of meaning, attempted to solve the problem of logical positivism's verifiable principle of meaning. He held that truth or falsehood was the degree of probability, the truth or falsehood of logic was impossible for the science. This was the main difference between his theory and logic positivism. Although he couldn't solve the problem of logical positivism's verifiable principle of meaning thoroughly, it was important for the development of it after his amend of verifiable principle of meaning, and important for our study of the theory of meaning too. He also justified induction by means of his logic thoughts, and constructed his justification of induction on the basis of his probability logic theory. He thought that all knowledge was probability, only was presumed by posit and induction was the way in finding the best posit. His pragmatic justification of induction was successful basically, it provided a pragmatic way in solving Hume's problem, his justification was the most comprehensive and important of all, and had great significance in solving the problem of induction for us.
