Two Clues For The Development Of Literature And Personnel: Spring And Autumn Humanist Thought

This dissertation reseaches ideological trends of humanism in the Spring and Autumn Period in terms of documents and secularization to illustrate the ideology and cultural situation at that time .Four chapters of the dissertation:In the prelude,the author is about to three questions. The reason of my study is presented; then the three concepts ,that is, documents, secularization and the ideological trends of humanism are defined and analysed.And the recent related academic achievements are summarized.As for documents,the author mainly examines how the citations are used as evidence in Zuo Zhuan and Guo Yu and concludes that people at that time attached great importance to historical experience and acted according to the historical experience.Thus,the author regards the Spring and Autumn Period as an era with "awareness of historical experience".As for secularization,the author discusses the stress laid on human affairs the affirmation of human relationship and the aloofness from divinity and divine affairs in the Spring and Autumn Period from 5 aspects:nature, societ, running a country and the relationship between man and deities etc.Then the author regards the Spring and Autumn Period as an era with "awareness of secularization".At last,the dissertation discusses the characteristics of the ideological trends of humanism in the Spring and Autumn Period and the position and influence of the the ideology and culture in Chinese culture development history from 3 aspects.
