Parthenon temple and Ara Pacis are two typical monument architectures of classical Greece and the early Rome Imperial. On each one of the two buildings, there is a relief frieze which represents the contingents of paraders. This thesis selects these two relief friezes as object of study, connected with the social history of classical Athen and the early Rome Imperial, through the analysis of the function of the building and the images of the relief as well as the comparison of the art style of the two relief frieze, telling the style feature of these friezes with the method of comparison, by which, pointing out the influence of Greece art exerting on Rome art and the original part of the later.
