Yuan Hao Jing Poetry

Hao Jing was a famous Li Xue Jia, an important civil official and a writer of poem and literary composition at the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty. The study and attention about him was very poor, because of the ignorance on the poem and literary composition of the Yuan Dynasty in the latter time. In the past few years, the study about Hao Jing was going deeply little by little along with the study of Yuan Dynasty's literature. But the study on him is still insufficient according to the recent study on him in the academic circles. This thesis will do some initial work about the study of Hao Jing.This thesis doesn't discuss Hao Jing's achievements on Li Xue, but mainly discusses Hao Jing's poem and literary composition. There are three chapters in this thesis. The first section is the theory of Hao Jing's literature; the second one is on the literary composition of Hao Jing; the third one is on the poem of Hao Jing.The first section: there are two main points in the theory of Hao Jing's literature, they are literary sense on "shi" and the unique "nei you" theory. The former thinks people should pay more attention to practical spirit of Confucianism and do something more on affairs of human life; the latter embodies a concentrated reflection of his paying attention to writers' self-cultivation.The second section: In this section, the thesis outlines Hao jing's literary composition firstly, then discuss the new and advanced national thought that "did as Confucian did then would be the master of China" of Hao jing, which came from the worksof Hao Jing. In the part of this section, the thesis will discuss Hao Jing's national thought from three aspects, which are the background of his national thought, the explanation of his national thought in his works and the measures which he raises in order to put his national thought into practice.The third section: in this section, the thesis outlines Hao Jing's poem firstly. Then compares Hao Jing's "He Tao" poem with the poem of Tao Yuanming, Lin Yin's "He Tao" poem, in order to stick out the characteristics of HaoJingVHe Tao" poem.
