On The Evolution Of The Female Narrative Discourse In The New Era

From the close reading of texts, and the analysis of the new-age female narrative discourse, the author outlines the development of the new-age female discourse.First, the author expresses her own understanding of "female narration", that is to say, female narration is the narration about the female, from the female's perspective, which expresses the exploration, the cognition, and the experience of the relationship between the female and the world.From the analysis of the new-age female narrative discourse, the author holds that:Utopian impulse runs through the different phases of the new-age female narration. Because of the difference of the social background and personal experience, the Utopian impulse may be expressed in different forms of narrative discourse.Realistic narration and imaginative narration are the two basic narrative strategies. They are interdependent, and alternate with each other.And the development of the new-age female narration is a course during which the female writers have made efforts to establish their own narrative discourse.
