On The Han Administrative Supervision Of The Operating Mechanism

This thesis selects the supervisory systems of YuShi, ChengXiangSiZhi and SiLiXiaoWei in administrative supervisory system in Han Dynasty as research objects. The theories and ways about political science are applied in this thesis. From analysising the course of development and the whole frame of the supervisory systems of YuShi, ChengXiangSiZhi and SiLiXiaoWei, researching it's active function and limitation during the course of constructing the administrative supervisory system in Han Dynasty and safeguarding the nation's domination, discussing the relationship of the three systems, this thesis receives a conclusion like this: the supervisory system has been formed in Han Dynasty, and it has been affected the constructing of supervisory system in China.This thesis is divided into three parts:Firstly, it brings forward the conception about administrative supervisory and that what this thesis attempts to research. It analyses the opinion about this topic of current academe.Secondly, this thesis analyses the the course of development and the whole frame of the supervisory systems of YuShi, ChengXiangSiZhi and SiLiXiaoWei.Lately, this thesis discusses the relationship and characteristic of the three administrative supervisory systems, and establishes the active function and limitation about their operational mechanism.
