With the social development, the requirement on subjective attribute is very urgent. How to cultivate and develop students' subjective attribute, therefore, has become the focus of our country's education reform in order to adapt to the tendency to the social development. The author tries to make some material discussion on subjective attribute education idea bottom of fundamental musical education from the following several aspects.Introduction: BackgroundCultivating the talents with creative spirit and fulfillment' s ability is the key point of education reform in various countries. Though twenty years' education reform has acquired great achievement, we should recognize that the man we cultivated is short of subjective attribute and creative spirit. The author thinks fundamental musical education should advocate and put in practice subjective attribute education.Chapter I : Related concept and basic connotationSubject, Subjective attribute, Subjective attribute education, Character education.Chapter II : The theoretical base of subjective attribute musicaleducation idea.The person is the beginning of subjective attribute musical education (SAME). On this condition, free and self-conscious activities are the decisive factors of developing the person's subjective attribute in musical education. iThe supreme end of SAME is to make the person be the subject of social and historical activities via musical teaching .Chapter IE: The aim system of SAMEThe aim of subjective attribute is a systematic and integrated aim system. It is a important ways through which cultivating and developing the subjective attribute in musical teaching.Chapter IV: The implementing methods and tactics of SAME'S aim.In order to realize the aim, first we should establish subjective attribute musical education idea, and should construct musical curricula system, the third should construct the methods and tactics.Chapter V : The problems that the author would keep on discussing .They include music teacher's problems and music teaching material's problems.
