The Taliban had come through a course that from rising and development to contabescence. It was very sudden . The origin of the Taliban was in madrasahs (Islamic schoool) and refugee camps as well. As mostly one of Islamic armed factions in civil war in Afghanistan, there were deep social reasons and historical background in the emergence of Taliban .The religion and ethnics were the deep soil of the birth of Taliban; Afghan anti-Soviet war and the civil war were the inducements; the geostrategy and the interference of foreign forces were the booster. In order to control the country, Taliban and the anti -Taliban alliance had fought against each other for several years. Foreign forces secretly involved in the conflict because of geostrategic and interests, which made the war into internationalization. The origin and Taliban's Islamic thoughts are complexity, which explained by Taliban in it's own way. Guided by this kind of belief, Taliban founded regime and it's country and put Islamic law into practice, which once brought peace and order to Afghan. People ever supported them.Along with the success, Taliban's Islamic thoughts and rule gradually turned into extremity, which arose discontentment of people and also had impacts on this area around. Osama bin Laden established his organization and activity webs, whom was accused of the leader of terrorists. Taliban and Laden came into being a close relationship of intergrowth. Taliban insisted on sheltering Laden and supporting opium production in area under it's control, which brought to it sanction and isolation from international community. After the event of "9.11". the relationship between Taliban and The United States quickly deteriorated because of "the problem of Laden".American army launched military attack on Taliabn, which made Taliban's regime collapse very soon. As a part of Islamic resurgent movement, the failure of Taliban has effect on the latter. Because of some reasons, the effect that Taliban and "Taliban phenomenon" had ever made still exists.
