Nanjing National Government Rural Cooperative Movement

Country financial cooperation was an important country economic policy , which was carried out by Nanjing National Government during its dominion. The development of country financial cooperation was in that historical background: the development of social economy, academic theory and political struggle. This cooperation could be devided into these stages: preparation, beginning, popularization, further development and the end. The main measures of country financial cooperation were the foundation of country co-operation and form of cooperative financial mechanism. This cooperation broke the old economic structure . To some extent, it solved some problems in politics and economy, mitigated the hard condition of country finance, and relaxed the difficulties in farmer's life. But ,However, since there was no solid economic foundation in the cooperative movement in that feudal society, it was limited by the political and economic system then. Therefore, before the change of the whole social system, cooperation movement couldn't have its function and realize the aim of country promotion. Finally, it failed when Nanjing National Government collapsed.
