The purpose of this thesis is to research the thought of philosophy of DaiZhen , a famous thinker of china in 18 century, who lived in the reign of empire YongZheng and Qianlong of Qing dynasty, and made great achievements in machinery, mathematics , astronomy, medical and linguistics. As a diligent scholar, DaiZhen wrote a lot of books to expound his theory. is one of his most important works, in which he expressed his morality philosophy of humanism fully. The book is full of natural vitality and emotion in philosophy. The category of his morality philosophy comprises natural vitality and the sap of life, kindheartedness, humanity, feeling, sexual passion and desire, ability and wisdom, knowledge and knowing, sincerity and adaptability owning materialism .The thesis has four chapters and they contain the following main contents: Chapter 1 introduces the time spirit in DaiZheng`s life and the starting point of his learning; Chapter 2 disserts his natural philosophy of materialism; Chapter 3 analyze DaiZheng`s natural philosophy of humanity. Chapter 4 discuss his progressing thoughts of morality. To sum-up, DaiZheng is a great philosopher with creative intelligence.
