This article focused on threeparts to study his thought of management psychology: his Argument onhuman nature; his thought of management and its psychological base; hisstrategy of management. meanwhile,we compare his thought ofmanagement psychology with Machiavellia's .Basing on Comprehensiveand deep study, we think: In fact, essence of his human nature ishuman's biological needs, but it is not vicious; His thought ofmanagement is based on his argument on human nature. In his threeelements (Law,strategy of management and power) of managment,power is the core of them, law and strategy of management are ways ofkeeping and Strengthening power, the Latter is more importont them theforth; His strategy of management include two parts mainly: Strategyof using human resource (it involves personnel selection,placement, performance appraisal); Strategy of motivation,principles of reward and punishment. With Comparison,we think histhought of management psychology is more mature than Machaivelluia 's,some of it is still useful for today's managerment. |
