Shu Wang Ji Of Huayang ¡¤ Shu Zhi Comparative Study

As the ancient Shu culture is one of the regional culture In China, It had made an important contribution to create the Chinese civilization.《King Shu-chi》and《Hua Yang Guo Zhi.Shu Zhi》that are Considered recording history of ancient Shu are two important documents, they provide important historical data for us to study the ancient Shu culture and to explore the history of the ancient Shu. the original of《King Shu-chi》had already lost, there were many series in this post, but incomplete. So,It is difficult to read. In the spreading process of《Hua Yang Guo Zhi》, there are many gaps and errors. Even in the two documents on the same matter of ancient Shu , there are many mutual discord. As a result, It is inconvenience for historians to explore the ancient Shu civilization and reveal the true history of ancient Shu. Therefore, this article compared the two documents in order to recover the original appearance of the history of ancient Shu.This first chapter reviewed the study of History and overview of the present academic circle about the《King Shu-chi》and《Hua Yang Guo Zhi.Shu Zhi》, And introduced the basic research methods and data collection situation.In the second chapter, this article introduced the author and style of these two documents. Author of《King Shu-chi》is Yangxiong, the book recorded the ancient Shu history and legends; Author of《Hua Yang Guo Zhi.Shu Zhi》is Changqu, the book made lots of records the ancient Shu history.In the third chapter, ancient Shu things that《King Shu-chi》and《Hua Yang Guo Zhi.Shu Zhi》recorded was divided into three categories, and three groups were made a comparative analysis. on the alien and having or having records about the two documents. first, writer made comparison of content of《King Shu-chi》and《Hua Yang Guo Zhi.Shu Zhi》. Then, cause of different records were analyzed. In the end, writer drawed conclusions about content of the two documents.Chapter IV of this article analyzed the reason for the same and different records of ancient Shu things in《King Shu-chi》and《Hua Yang Guo Zhi.Shu-chi》.In The last part, writer evaluated the two documents:《King Shu-chi》saved the most primitive myths and legends about the history of the ancient Shu;《Hua Yang Guo Zhi.Shu-chi》represented Chang Qu's strict spirit of history. Therefore, the two books is different,complement each other, we should be taking into account the two documents when we research history of the ancient Shu.
