Xiao Gang and Xiao Yi are key members of The Xiao Literary Group in Chinese literary history。This royal group has significant impact in the whole Chinese literary history just like The Cao Literary Group. In the Liang period, the southern government was satisfied with the temporary peace. The literati imitations of Yue-fu became popular in the beautiful natural environment. As leaders of The Gong-ti Poetry, Xiao Gang and Xiao Yi were very positive in writing literati imitations of Yue-fu. In the Poetry form Pre-Qin Dynasty to Southern Dynasties written by Lu Qin-li, everyone's poems were divided to two parts—"Yue-fu"and"Poem"."Yue-fu"means"the literati imitations of Yue-fu"here."Poem"means other poems written by poets. In the Liang Dynasty, the relationship between these two sorts was very close and complex in one's poems. This paper made the poems of the famous writers Xiao Gang and Xiao Yi the research objective. Using the way of classification and comparative study, the paper made detailed analysis of the two parts of their poems. The paper planned to research the relationship between"Yue-fu"and"Poem"in Liang Dynasty. Then we will know its impact to the poem in Tang Dynasty of the later period. At the same time, we will develop the research about this two writers both in the levels of span and depth with a brand new angle. All of the research databases come from the poetry by Lu Qin-li.There are four parts in this paper. The first part is introduction including the research significance, the summary of research situation of the related subject in China and the other country and so on. The second part analyzes the Xiao Gang's poems from four perspectives. They are themes, quantity, language and emotional styles. Then, the paper made comparison between the"Yue-fu"and"Poem"and pointed out the same point, differences and interacts. The third part of the paper analyzed Xiao Yi's poem with the same way. The totally same research methods were used here to make the conclusion more powerful. The last part concluded the significance of"Yue-fu"and"Poem"in the Chinese poetry history. In the Liang Dynasty,"Yue-fu"were losing its independent features and more and more similar with"Poem". We can say that in that period"Yue-fu"is totally"literary". On the other hand, the"Poem"was impacted by the"Yue-fu"in some perspectives too. It didn't develop in isolation.
