| The development of the landscape painting system in the 20th century is a complement and extension to the Chinese traditional landscape painting. Of the 20th century, the painter, Chang Dai-chien's splashed-color-ink landscape painting has been a hot topic in the Chinese drawing circle. From the research of Chang Dai-chien's splashed-color-ink landscape painting, we find that it has its origin from the traditional landscape painting, which lies in the Inheritance and transfer of Chinese ideas and culture, the re-integration of traditional technique in the use of Chinese brush and ink. Conducting the comparative study of Chang Dai-chien's splashed-color-ink landscape painting and the traditional landscape painting to clear differences between them is an inevitable requirement to the innovation of the modern landscape painting. Now at the time of the violent collision, penetration and fusion between Chinese and Western culture, the study of Chang Dai-chien's splashed-color-ink landscape painting not only helps us to understand its ideas and contents, expand our innovative painting research vision, and thus also helps us to clearly see the complexity and richness in the relationship between art and human as well as the reproduction of objective sight for human beings.In the 21st century of Chinese drawing circle, the development of art is still inseparable from innovation. Re-studying the visual schema of Chang Dai-chien's splashed-color-ink landscape painting can promote the integration of traditional Chinese culture, techniques and modern aesthetic standard as well as enrich the forms of landscape painting and the cultural ideas of landscape painting. |
