Get into an information times for ages, educational principle and mode take place upheaval, promoting the civil lifelong education has already become the trend that international education develops.In time up, the person's whole life will constantly accept education;On the space, education will overaly whole societieses.People want to control a quickly substituting of the information and continuously renew knowledge structure and keep up with the step in ages, therefore continue educational importance to need is no doubt.The high school expands to recruit, lately a foundation education course reform of continuously push forward, new of the implementation of music course standard, make development foundation music education teachers of high etc. professional music education faces unprecedented challenge and pressure.Only strengthen continuing of professional music teacher in the high school to educate, can ensure the steady development of foundation music education.This reserch study the continue education of ten professional music teachers who establish the common undergraduate course college in Gansu province in order to explore the problems and actual difficulties which is in the develupment of professional music teacher's profession in province high school in Gansu.By investgating the continue education of ten professional music teachers in Gansu province,we can find out the characteristics and the shortage of professional music teacher's education. According to a Chinese and Foreign teacher to continue educational experience and the region special feature in Gansu, the author browses cultural heritage data and combine the music professional characteristics to carry out the reserch and give advice about the professional music continue education which is to suitable to the province of Gansu in order to promote the high school professional music teacher of Gansu and the development of music education in Gansu.This study involes five parts:1. we discussed From the start and introduced the characteristics of the continue education and domestic and international research by definiting the concept of "lifelong education", "continue to educate" and"the teacher continues to educate".2.This research investgated by questionnaire, cultural heritage data and activity research, interview and analytical and comprehensive research to explore the continuing education of music teacher in 10 professional music colleges who have already established musicology profession in Gansu province.3. We fond out the problems and actual difficulties which is in the develupment of professional music teacher's profession in province high school in Gansu by questionnaire investgaed and interviewed the music teacher.4.We try to explore the solution to solve the problems and actual difficulties which is in the develupment of professional music teacher's profession in province high school in Gansu.Carry on summary to the above parts and the outlook of the teachers development to province Gao Deng's music in Gansu.
