Wu Women's Traditional Accessories Study

This degree thesis introduces the concept, the origins and the development of the posh and the role that the area culture plays in the form of the women's traditional posh in Wu area. According to the illustration, the classification research was used in the women's traditional posh in Wu. Through deep observations, measurements and analysis, it illustrates that the women's traditional posh in Wu area is a part of the"rice posh"part in color, processes, practicality and cultural content and so on. It roots in the"rice culture"and enriches the"rice culture". What's more, some protection measures are offered according to the research in the existing situation and the reasons for endangered culture of the women's traditional posh in Wu area. The preliminary outlook at the development prospects is proposed;Some suggestions are given how to heritage and use the women's traditional posh elements in Wu area to protect and expand Chinese traditional clothing culture.
