Wang Tingzhuan was a famous literati in Ming dynasty of Shaanxi province. He was succeed in The Examination Of Ming dynasty Officer Selection in 1580,and get the third position in the name list, by which He was called "Tan-hua" and began his editing vocation in Han-Lin institute. After a few years, he promoted to be a writer of Han-Lin institute. But the death of his father and little brother turned him totally sick, and eventually, the sadness just took his life away. He passed away at the age of 38 and left 8 columns of poetries and articles, which collected in The Series Of Four Storehouses'Named Books.Wang Tingzhuan was an upright and outspoken person who had a patriotic heart to his Lord and his people. He was energetic in the officer selection of Ming dynasty, the protection of frontier region and the life of those people in a lower social grade especially. He expressed his sadness and integrity in his marvelous works. He followed the tendency of Seven-person group who towards idolizing the ancients and turned to be a special literati in Ming dynasty.In this paper, the first chapter was about the life of Wang Tingzhuan. With the existing poetry of Wang Tingzhuan and other literature and research findings, affirmed those important dates of Wang Tingzhuan's life, and made out a chronicle of his life.The second chapter of this paper was to analysis all those people who once had communications with Wang Tingzhuan in his lifetime. Wang Tingzhuan was born in Hua canton of Shaanxi province and worked in the capital of Ming dynasty. Who he associated could be parted into two groups by the difference of this tow area of geography. Each group had been parted again specifically and the consequences had been ordered by people's ages or the dates of they getting a job in the government.The third chapter of this article was to dote and explain 8 columns of poetries and articles in Wang Tingzhuan's Sun-Meng Article. At the same time, those lost parts of his works who wasn't exist in 8 columns were collected. By this way could give more research materials for the further study of Wang Tingzhuan and his Sun-Meng Article.
