The Anterior Combined Approach For Treatment Of Complex Acetabular Fractures In 30 Cases Of Clinical Analysis

Objective: To explore the complexity of the surgical treatment of acetabular fractures methods and techniques.Methods: The selected post-graduate orthopedic hospital in Shenyang City during the six wards in July 2007 ~ December 2009 with 30 cases of surgical treatment in patients with acetabular fractures, through the preoperative X-ray films, CT films and three-dimensional reconstruction to determine the type of fracture and the development of surgical programs, and in accordance with Letournel-judet classification, for the "T"-type fracture, double-column fractures combined surgery before and after the adoption of floating position into the road to reconstruction plate and semi-circular steel plate combined with a fixed.Results: 28 patients have been followed up for 4 months to 2 years, an average of 1.1 years, 2 patients were lost because of changes in means of communication to visit. Matta reset using the standards and criteria to evaluate the efficacy of Matta: This group of excellent in 16 cases (60%); good in 8 cases (26.7%); in 3 cases (10%), poor in 1 case (3.3%), good rate of (76%) . Complications are mainly sciatic nerve injury, femoral head necrosis, heterotopic ossification, and traumatic arthritis.Conclusion: According to the preoperative X ray, CT and three-dimensional reconstruction to determine the type of fracture of complex acetabular fractures were combined into the roads before and after surgery in the anatomical reduction and fixation is curative.
