Vertigo Syndromes Of Law And The Correlation Of Clinical With White Eye Collaterals Change

Purpose:Inorder to discover the relations between the changes of conjunctiva-threads and vertigo ,summarize and analyzes the vertigo syndroms distribution of TCM .Material and method:Researching 80 cases of vertigo patients of TCM syndrome-type and conjunctiva-threads changes compared with 25 cases of healthy changes in conjunctiva-threads based on the literature review and research, data and statistics.Results:1. vertigo in terms of TCM syndrome types: disturbing-up of wind and yang> stagnating-up of phlegm> deficiency of qi and blood> yin-deficiency of liver and kidney. the difference between the stagnating-up of phlegm, disturbing-up of wind and yang , deficiency of qi and blood are with statistic significance (P<0.05). disturbing-up of wind and yang and deficiency of qi and blood at the age difference was significance(P<0.05).2. conjunctiva-threads changes from morphology and color of vertigo: uaricose>Extension>fuzzy>chuilu>coarse roots>uplift>bifurcation ; bright red>shallow>yellow in red>purple>Gray>light yellow>crimson>black in red. disturbing-up of wind and yang is common in uaricose,bright red; stagnating-up of phlegm is common in Extension,yellow in red;deficiency of qi and blood is common in chuilu,shallow;and yin-deficiency of liver and kidney is common in uaricose,bright red,purple。3. Compared vertigo-type with healthy group of conjunctiva-threads changes from morphology and color: compare disturbing-up of wind and yang with healthy group ,the difference between uaricose,bright red with statistic significance (P<0.01). compare stagnating-up of phlegm with healthy group ,the difference between Extension with statistic significance(P<0.05). compare deficiency of qi and blood with healthy group ,the difference between chuil,shallow with statistic significance(P<0.01). stagnating-up of phlegm compared with the normal group are no significant difference(P>0.05). yin-deficiency of liver and kidney compared with the normal group are no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Compared vertigo with healthy group of conjunctiva-threads changes have some difference.2.The conjunctiva-threads changes of vertigo is mostest in uaricose,bright red.second is Extension,shallow。3. vertigo in terms of TCM syndrome types: disturbing-up of wind and yang> stagnating-up of phlegm> deficiency of qi and blood> yin-deficiency of liver and kidney.
