Mediation Soup Experiments On Rats With Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:To observe the treatmeat of Decoction of tiaojie for rat wifh ulcerative colitis (UC).Material and method:Material: Healthy male Wistar rats;2.4.6-TNBS;50% alcohol solution;tiaojie Decoction;SASPenteric-coatedtablets;Inerleuckin-4(IL-4);Malondialdehyde(MDA);Coomassie brilliant blue kit.Method: The a healthy male Wistar rats were divided randomly into four groups, normal,model group,tiaojie Decoction group,sulfasalazine (SASP) group.Rat model was established by injecting trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid ethanol in all group except normal group,each group rats were treated once a day for 21 days.Results:1. Rat general state observation: normal control group was better than the other groups;tiaojie Decoction group,SASP group was improved in the general condition After treatment.2. Rat colon microscope observation under:normal rats colonic mucosa, smooth, structured;there is inflammation and ulcers in the model group;there are an improvement in the rat in tiaojie Decoction group,SASP group.3.Serum levels of IL-4 in tiaojie Decoction group and SASP group is higher than model group(P<0.05).4. MDA content in rat colon tissue in tiaojie Decoction group and SASP group is lower than the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Rat model of ulcerative colitis with immunity complex method is consistent with the standard reported in the literature.2. Tiaojie Decoction can improve the general condition and repair the colon tissue pathological lesion of rat UC model.3. Tiaojie Decoction can increase IL-4 levels and reduced MDA levels,prevent intestinal inflammatory and improve the body's antioxidant free radical damage.
