| Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zheng-Jun Soup treating chest paralysis and heartburn (Qi-blood deficiency and stasis) .Method: We choose eligible patients who have chest paralysis and heartburn (Qi-blood deficiency and stasis) with a total of 60 cases, and then randomly divide them into 2 groups, the treatment group and the control group, according to a 1:1 distribution. The treatment group was given 300ml Zheng-Jun Soup after boiling twice ( morning 150ml, evening 150ml ) every day. The control group was given capsules called BuChangNaoXinTong, 4 capsules at a time and 3 times a day. Heart-angina pain, Chinese medicine symptoms, electrocardiogram ST-T, stopping and reduced rates of nitroglycerin were observed before and after treatment. The whole course lasted about 4 weeks.Result:â‘ Heart-angina pain treatment evaluation:The treatment group:20 cases were markedly effected, 8 cases were effected. The total effective rate was 93.33%.The control group:10 cases were markedly effected, 8 cases were effected. he total effective rate was 60.00%.The statistical analysis: P<0.05. There was a significant difference between two groups.â‘¡Electrocardiogram ST-T treatment evaluation:The treatment group:8 cases were markedly effected, 9 cases were effected. The total effective rate was 56.67%.The control group:5 cases were markedly effected, 11 cases were effected. The total effective rate was 51.33%.The statistical analysis: P>0.05. There was no significant difference between two groups.â‘¢Chinese medicine symptoms comprehensive treatment evaluation:The treatment group:16 cases were of recovery, 8 cases were markedly effected, 4 cases were effected. The total effective rate was 93.33%.The control group: 8 cases were recovery, 6 cases were markedly effected, 7 cases were effected. The total effective rate was 70.00%.The statistical analysis: P<0.05. There was a significant difference between two groups.â‘£Stopping and reduced rates of nitroglycerin evaluation: The treatment group: 30 cases took drugs before treatment. Then 12 cases stopped medication and 13 cases reduced taking drugs. The stopping and reduced rate was 50.00%.The control group: 30 cases took drugs before treatment. Then 5 cases stopped medication and 6 cases reduced taking drugs. The stopping and reduced rate was 36.67%.The statistical analysis: P<0.05. There was a significant difference between two groups.Based on a comprehensive analysis, the treatment group was affected more than the control group.Conclusion: Zheng-jun Soup has a good efficacy to chest paralysis and heartburn (Qi-blood deficiency and stasis), moreover it was safe and can be spreaded. |
