The Clinical Treatment Of Avascular Necrosis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Therapy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine on sufferers with ischemic necrosis of the femoral head .Methods:60 cases of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head were treated mainly with therapy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine. 30 cases of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head were treated with Chinese medicine and the other 30 cases (30 hips) were treated with oral Dan Yu bone Pill .The symptoms,function and the X-ray findings were observed before and after treatment . After the treatment of patients in each group before and after each X ray and joint activities, pain, life skills, walking distance of the four areas of improvement, further defined the efficacy of this treatment method.Results:Through treatment, X ray, clinical symptoms and significant improvement of clinical manifestations, treatment group, 30 patients (34 hips) of the total effective rate was 90% of patients, 30 patients (34 hips) of the total effective rate was 80%.Conclusion: After receiving a traditional Chinese medicine, the femoral head to fully improve microcirculation, promote the necrosis of the hip joint repair and restore the functions of risk.
