In order to solve the problems of medical data communication between different systems in medical institutions and medical institutions and information sharing, DICOM organizations has effectively expanded DICOM standard in January 2000.Supplement 23 was joined into the DICOM as DICOM SR standards, and in April became a DICOM standard.In this paper, object-oriented technologies was used, DICOM SR (Structured Report) information model was studied using the concept of DICOM DIR (Directory) documents to slove problems in medical information systems that is reports and report relevant information resources (such as images, waveforms, coordinates etc.) are separated for many years. According to the DICOM DIR definition in the DICOM part ten, It may find out the composite objects referenced in the DICOM SR. So putting forward the management of DICOM files by DICOM DIR sets, It effectively improve the efficiency of the object referenced by SR. This way can increase the ability to access the data. For scientific research﹑medical data mining and applications, DICOM SR can profit the communication of medical information in different hospitals, And this way can be useful for the analysis﹑research﹑summary﹑classification and extraction of a large number of medical information.Radiotherapy as a treatment for cancer is one important means than surgery, chemotherapy medicine that is more dependent on medical imaging and other medical information. Because radiotherapy in the complex workflow process and exchange large amounts of data to be transmitted, These bring some troubles in transmission and management of data in radiotherapy, in order to resolve this problem, DICOM RT (Radiotherapy) standards of the radiotherapy specifies the standard about exchange of information. It to achieve a uniform standard﹑facilitate data management system of radiotherapy.This paper designs and implements the RT objects, making some analysis on the communication interface. The DICOM RT standard was analyzed in detail, focusing on implementation the data model of the RT Plan﹑RT Image﹑RT Dose﹑RT Structure Set and structuring and resolving to achieve these four modules. According to the standard model, The DIMSE message mechanism was used to achieve the transmission and storage the RT objects. |
