Acute Phase The Use Of Hormones With The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Purpose: Acute phase with the use of hormone with Acupuncture for treatment of peripheral facial paralysis in the clinical efficacy and described the use of methods and mechanisms of hormone.Material and method: Select 99 cases of the disease within 7 days in patients with peripheral facial paralysis,in which patients agreed to use the hormone into the treatment group, disagreed as the control group, treatment group in the acute phase to use hormones with oral or injection, two groups of treatment began to adopt with acupuncture and Chinese medicine,to observe the differences in efficacy.Results:Comparison between tuo groups'clinical curative effect, the difference between age,pathogenetic condition is without significance(P<0.01),but the curative effect difference between sexuality is with statistic significance(P>0.05).In the eihgth day of the course of disease and after finishing the course of treatment,the difference between the total effective rate,the healing rate is with statistic significance(P<0.05).The treating group is better than the control group.In each group,the classification difference among the preliminary diagnosis is without statistic sgnificance(P>0.05).The eighth day of the course of treatment and the end of the course of treatment is with statistic significance(P<0.01).What's more,the prliminary diagnosis,the eighth day of the course of the treatment and the end of the course of treatment between each other are different.Between two groups,the classification difference among the prelimiary diagnosis,the eighth day of the course of the treatment and the end of the course of treatment is with statistic significance(P<0.01).In each group,the classification difference among the preliminary diagnosis,the eighth day of the course of the treatment and the end of the course of treatment is with statistic significance(P<0.01).what's more,the preliminary diagnosis,the eighth day of the course of treatment and the end of the course of treatment between each other are different.Between two groups,the classificanion difference in the preliminary diagnosis is without statistic significance(P>0.05),but the eighth day of the course of treatment the end of the course of treatment is with statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acute phase with the use of hormone injections for treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has significant clinical effect.
