Purpose: This research is for the purpose of observing resveratrol to the nature aging mouse serum in the H2O2 content and skin tissue in the ATP enzyme ability influence, and to observe the organizational structure of mouse skin'movement, to detect resveratrol have function in delaying the nature aging skin.Material and method:12 kind of Kunming age in four-month female small mouse contrast a group as youth(A);60 kind of Kunming age in eighteen- month female small mouse at random divides 5 group, 12 for a group: Old age blank group(B), old age masculine group(C),old age gypenoside group(D), resveratrol high dose(E), resveratrol low dose(F). And A group and B group fill the stomach physiological saline (20 ml/kg/d), C group fills the stomach Vitamin EC suspl 30mg/kg/d,D group fills the stomach gypenoside suspl 30mg/kg/d,E group,F group fill the stomach resveratrol suspl 30mg/kg/d,15mg/kg/d . Every day fills the stomach one time, The first 31 days animals were sacrificed and materials. The H2O2 content and the ATP enzyme ability by the biochemistry analysis method determination skin organization, and observes the mouse skin organizational structure the change.Results:1. Compares with the youth group, the other five old age group the H2O2 content in the serum enhances (respectively is P﹤0.01, P﹤0.05, P﹤0.05, P﹤0.05, P﹤0.01),the ATP enzyme ability in the skin organization obviously weaken (respectively is P﹤0.01, P﹤0.05, P﹤0.05, P﹤0.05, P﹤0.01).2. Compares with the old age blank group B, the old age masculine group C, gypenoside and resveratrol group may reduce the H2O2 content (respectively is P﹤0.01, P﹤0.01, P﹤0.01, P﹤0.05), enhances the ATP enzyme ability (respectively is P﹤0.01, P﹤0.05, P﹤0.01, P﹤0.05).3. Morphological observations indicate that: compared with the young control group (A), the structure changes of epidermal and dermal elderly control group (B) were in state of aging; but the structure of epidermis and dermis of the rest using medicine groups were better than the elderly control group (B), had not yet achieved the state of the skin structure of young control group (A).Conclusion:1. The H2O2 content enhances in the serum and the adenosine-triphosphate (ATP) enzyme ability reduce in the skin tissue of natural aging mouse.2. Resveratrol can reduce the H2O2 content in the serum,and improve the ATP enzyme ability in the skin tissue of natural aging mouse.3. From the morphological observation:the control group compared with the young control group, the skin structure of natural aging in mice were shown,and the resveratrol can slow down the state of aging effectively.
