Purpose:The aim of this experiment is to observe the effect of Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets on hyperlipidemia rats, fatty liver disease rats and atherosclerotic disease rats induced by high-fat diet, to provide some experimental basis for the clinical of Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets.。Material and method:Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets All healthy wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups of 10 rats each group : the rats in normal group were fed with normal diet,the rats in other group were fed with fat-rich diet for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks later, blood was collect from the orbital of all groups of rats and the main Biochemical parameters were measured. Make sure all high-fat diet treat rats were hyperlipidemia,and then the rats were treat with the Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets. Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets will be dubbed in 2.2 % , 6.6%, 13.2% suspension, ig daily 1 times (in order to prevent the natural lipid lowering, model group and the treatment group at intervals of 3 days each major Rats fed lard emulsion 3ml/kg) .In the first 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment blood was collect from the orbital of all groups of rats and the main Biochemical parameters were measured. In the prevention of fatty liver in rats ,at the end of 4 weeks and at the end of 8 weeks blood was collect from the orbital of all groups of rats and the main Biochemical parameters were measured. After blood had been collected, removed the , fixed it in 10% formalin,the liver pathological change was evaluated under the light microscope after HE staining. In the prevention of atherosclerosis in rats, at the end of5 weeks and at the end of 10 weeks blood was collect from the orbital of all groups of rats and the main Biochemical parameters were measured. remove the aorta, fixed it in 10% formalin for histological analysis , the aorta pathological change was evaluated under the light microscope after HE staining.Results:1. In the experiment of treatment of hyperlipidemia,feeding rats with the high fat diet for 4 weeks ,the model of hyperlipidemia had been succeed, Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets can significantly reduce hyperlipidemia serum TC,TG, LDL-C levels, increased the levels of HDL-C.2. In the prevention of fatty liver experiment, the model of fatty liver had been succeed .ShanGe jiangzhi dispersible tablets can significantly reduce the level of TC, TG, in the liver,Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets can significantly reduce fatty liver model's level of serum lipid peroxide of FFA,ALT,AST,ALP ,MDA ,and raise the content of antioxidant enzymes SOD, GSHPX. Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets inhibit the fatty degeneration of liver cells, elevated aminotransferases, have a protective effect on the liver.3. In the prevention of atherosclerosis experiment, the model of atherosclerosis had been succeed, Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets can significantly reduce atherosclerosis model's content of serum lipid peroxide of MDA and raise the content of antioxidant enzymes SOD, GSHPX. Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets can significantly inhibit lipid-lowering thoracic aortic stenosis.Conclusion:1. Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets have a certain therapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia.2. Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets have a certain preventive effect on fatty liver disease.3. Shange jiangzhi dispersible tablets have a certain preventive effect on atherosclerosis.
