The Righting Xiaoyujiangzhi Treatment Of Children With Kawasaki Disease (both Qi And Yin Injury And Stasis) In Clinical Studies

Purpose: To evaluate the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease Fuzheng Xiaoyu France (Qi Yin 2 wounds with Blood Stagnation) clinical efficacy; through a comprehensive analysis of this study, TCM treatment compared with modern medicine commonly used drugs in efficacy and avoid side effects advantage.Method: Children with Kawasaki disease (Qi Yin 2 wounds with Blood Stagnation) in patients with a total of 30 cases, 15 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 15 cases, the two groups during the acute phase were treated with intravenous gamma globulin, 400mg/kg ? d -1,2 ~ 3h vein input, used in conjunction for 5 days. Test group: intravenous Danshen injection, 0.5ml/kg, used in conjunction 15 days, with oral Fuzheng Xiaoyu Tang. Control group: aspirin given orally. The two groups before and after treatment in patients with primary disease, disease effects sub-contrast points.Result: The data were statistically analyzed before and after treatment, experimental group 15 patients: clinical cure in 5 cases, effective in 6 cases, effective in 3 cases, ineffective in 1 case. The total effective rate was 93.33%; control group, 15 cases of clinical cure in 5 cases, effective in 5 cases, 2 cases, ineffective in 2 cases. The total effective rate was 86.67%. Test group of main symptoms before and after treatment, sub-effective integration with the disease control group, there are significant differences (P﹤0.05).Conclusion: Treatment of children with Kawasaki disease Fuzheng Xiaoyu (2 wounds with Blood Stagnation Qi Yin) and positive effects, no significant side effects, is an effective treatment for this phase of Kawasaki disease treatment.
