Objective: To observe the changes in lung index and the use of immunohistochemical staining and image semi-quantitative analysis, lung tissue expression of TGF-β1 was observed, from the perspective of further study of cytokines on pulmonary fibrosis nanograms of cell particles extracellular matrix metabolism in rats.Methods: Healthy Wistar male rats, with pingyangmycin made pulmonary fibrosis lung tissue at different time points to calculate lung index and by immunohistochemical staining, the expression of the results determined.Results: nanograms particles 7-28 days after treatment, lung index decreased significantly compared with model group,the difference was significant, P<0.01 or P<0.05, and the 14-28 day group treated lung index was significantly lower than prednisone group, significant difference, P<0.05.Protein-positive results: After the lung tissue cells in each group appears in the cytoplasm of brown granules.Statistics lung tissue absorbance observed TGF-β1protein expression. Group treated on day 7 and TGF-β1 expression was higher in the prednisone group and the difference is significant, P<0.01; 14-28 days was lower than prednisone group, the difference was significant, P<0.01.Conclusion: 1 Experiments confirmed that particles can be reduced nanograms pulmonary fibrosis in rat lung coefficient, may reduce lung inflammation exudation, edema and congestion related.2 Nanograms particles may lower pulmonary fibrosis in rat lung tissue TGF-β1 over-expression and inhibits TGF-β1 on extracellular matrix deposition in the promotion of the role of the extracellular matrix to reduce its strong inhibition of the degradation and improve the metabolism of extracellular matrix disorder, and played against lung fibrosis.
