Object:To evaluate the postoperative shift of cervical spinal cord and cervical curve for the cervical spondylosis malpothy with MRI pre-or post-operation.Mathord:Twenty-four cases of patients suffering from cervical spondylosis melophosy were admitted to our hospital for posterior laminectomy or lamiplasty surgery. All patients accepted MRI at preoperation and 1 month after operation. Measure the shift degree of spinal cord and cervical curve and find the relationship between the shift degree of spinal cord and cervical curve. JOA score was used for evaluating patients pre-or post-operationly. Observe the character of clincal and MRI in C5 palsy patients afetr operation and find the ralationship between C5 palsy and the shift degree of spinal cord. Results:Cervical curve after operation have got more decrease. The shift degree of spinal cord have postive relation with pre-cobb's angle (r=0.528,P=0.008). The average improved rate of JOA in patients whose the shift degree of spinal cord more than 2.5mm have bigger significance than patients whose the shift degree of spinal cord less than 2.5mm (t=3.297,P=0.003).3 case develop C5 palsy in all patients have more distance in shift cord after postoperative. Conclusion:The effect of postoperative in the cervical spondylosis malpothy have corelationship whith the distance of shift cord after postoperative and cervical curve preoperative.C5 palsy is easier developed when the shift cord after postoperative is bigger.
