A Preliminary Study on Distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Patients with Lung Cancer.[Objective]:To discuss Distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Patients with Lung Cancer and provide the foundation for forming a united standard of the differentiation and classification of syndromes.[Methods]:In the basis of observation form and the standard of diagnosis of clinical syndromes, in the rules of differentiation of syndromes by the eight principal syndromes, qi, blood and zangfu. To differentiate the syndromes of 469 patients with Lung Cancer by way of syndrome combination and make statistically analysis.[Results]:The main single syndrome are deficiency of qi sydrome, phlegm-damp sydrome in 469 patients with Lung Cancer. The syndrome of deficiency of qi, phlegm-damp and blood stasis are the most. The syndrome of deficiency of qi, phlegm-damp and blood stasis is also the most sydromes. The classification of syndromes mainly include 10 categories as follows:The deficiency of qi; phlegm-damp; blood stasis; deficiency of yang; deficiency of qi and blood stasis; phlegm-damp and blood stasis; deficiency of qi and deficiency of yang; deficiency of qi and phlegm-fire; deficiency of qi and phlegm-damp; deficiency of qi, phlegm-damp and blood stasis dyndrom.[Conclusion]:The distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Patients with Lung Cancer is complicated. There are most of the single syndrome and the simple symptoms in early onset. In the mid or late-stage of Lung Cancer, most of the cases include syndrome of deficiency complicated with excess. The syndrome of the deficiency of qi, phlegm syndrom and blood stasis always appear simultaneously.
