A Preliminary Study on Distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Patients with Lung Cancer Combined with Pneumonia.[Objective]:To discuss Distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Patients with Lung Cancer Combined with Pneumonia and provide the foundation for forming a united standard of the differentiation and classification of syndromes. [Methods]:In the basis of observation form and the standard of diagnosis of clinical syndromes,in the rules of differentiation of syndromes by the eight principal syndromes,qi,blood and zangfu .To differentiate the syndromes of 81 patients with lung cancer combined with pneumonia by way of syndrome combination and make statistically analysis. [Results]:The overall number of the syndromes of the 81 patients is 165.The number of cases which includes two or more than two syndromes is 75,which takes a percentage of 92.59% of the overall cases.The classification of syndromes mainly includes 8 categories as follows:The deficiency of qi and heat-phlegm syndrome;the deficiency of qi ,heat-phlegm syndrome and stasis of blood;the deficiency of both qi and yin and heat-phlegm syndrome;the deficiency of qi and phlegmatic abundance; the deficiency of qi , phlegmatic abundance and stasis of blood; the deficiency of both qi and yin, stasis of blood; the deficiency of both qi and yin; the deficiency of qi and heat-phlegm syndrome. [Conclusion]:The distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Patients with Lung Cancer Combined with Pneumonia is complicated.Few cases include single syndrome and most of the cases include two or more than two syndromes,and most of the cases include syndrome of deficiency complicated with excess,the syndrome of the deficiency of qi , phlegm retention and stasis of blood always appear simultaneously.
