In this paper, a new thin layer plate-RP-18 sintered plate is described. The electroosmotic flow can be produced without any buffer salts by the carefully controlled bonding degree. It is convenient and saves a lot of time. Some new develop methods and using technique can be derivated.Based on the firmness of the new plate the operator can brush the mobile phase on the plate directly, which is very simple and fast for wetting the plate and it saves much reagent. If the plate becomes dry during the process of PEC, the operator can re-wet the plate on local and then electro-develop again. Such operation can repeat many times until the spots separate completely, so call it multiple-electro-development.The current work studied the condition of sintering and the bonding of the thin layer plate, especially on the influence of the reagent concentration and the bonding time to the bonding degree. As the bonding time and the agent concentration grow, the bonding degree grows within the experiment extent.The innovation of our work is abolishing the buffer salts in the mobile phase, makes multiple-electro-development possible. As the bonding degree descends, the effect of the plate is not as good as before, but the electroosmotic quality changes a lot.The quality of the plates and the using requirement is studied by using dyes mixture, works on the affect aspect of the separate effect. Because of the special character of the bonding plate, the polarity extent of the mobile phase is limited. The development effect of each separation is descended, but as we could develop many times and the time of each development is short, the whole separate effect and potential is improved, so our strategic direction in this area is clear. This paper is discussed about this.Several Chinese traditional medicine is separated on this plate to compare with the normal phase plate. The mobile phase for Isatis tinctoria L is ethyl acetate:acetonitrile:water (0.5:5:1), the mobile phase for Safflower is ethyl acetate:acetonitrile:water (2.5:5:1),.
