Traditional Acupuncture Manipulation And Acupuncture Clinical Use Of The Questionnaire Investigation And Analysis

Objective To compare clinic application on traditional acupuncture manipulation.(inserting manipulations tonifying and reducing acu-manipulations,adjunctiveacu-manipulations),traditional acupuncture method (fire-needle and bloodletting) and electroacupuncture.Method Take sample survey questionary investigation methods to research acupuncture department of 16 hospitals(includingⅡandⅢgrade) in Beijing, then make statistic analysis. Result Single hand insertion(89.4%) is generally taken in clinic. Most doctors(67.3%) do acu-manipulation just after insertion the needle. Lifting,thrusting and twirling,rotating (77.9%)are the main acu-manipulations in tonifying and reducing acu-manipulations in clinic. Usage of adjunctive acu-manipulations are not high in clinic. There are only 28 kinds of diseases in acupuncture clinic, which shows that diseases of acupuncture clinic decrease. For traditional tonifying and reducing manipulation in 7 kinds of common clinic diseases, the main methods are lifting-thrusting manipulation and twirling-rotating manipulation;For adjunctive method, the usage is not high. There is 75.2% of clinic doctors who don't make acu-manipulation after regulating the electroacupuncture;There is 5.3% of clinic doctors who consider that the electroacupuncture can take place of acu-manipulation,there is 54.0% of clinic doctors who consider that the electroacupuncture can partially take place of acu-manipulation,there is 40.7% of clinic doctors who consider that the electroacupuncture can not take place of acu-manipulation;High ratio of clinic doctors hold that the electroacupuncture can take place of acu-manipulation in the therapy of common diseases such as stroke, flaccidity syndrome,blockage syndrome, facial paralysis, obesity etc. Among the clinic doctors 23.0% of them often use the therapy of fire-needle ,and 44.3% often use the therapy of bloodletting frequently.Conclusion Application of traditional acupuncture method is not high;categories of traditional acu-manipulations decrease, last time of acu-manipulations decrease, categories of acupuncture clinic applicated by traditional acu-manipulations decrease; electroacupuncture has substituded traditional acu-manipulations in certain degree,which reflect that acupuncture clinic trend to quantization and to be objectiv and normative. It is necessary to research and institue acupuncture clinic standard.
