Rectal prolapse(prolapse of roctum),refers to anal,rectal,rectal full-thickness and partial downward displacement of the sigmoid colon and anal prolapse outside in a disease.Medicine in the motherland,belong to disk intestinal hemorrhoids,hemorrhoids overlap,Rectocele,Rectocele hemorrhoids, intestinal and other cut-off areas.Even though surgical methods or a variety of conservative treatment,but the rectal prolapse is still today the treatment of the problem,is still a serious impact on quality of life of patients,give the family,the community caused by a heavy burden of medical costs.With the continuous development of medicine and of rectal prolapse Know the deepening of a lot of treatment methods in recent years,has made encouraging progress,but symptom improvement and long-term efficacy is still not on one of the most impressive way.This article reviewed many of rectal prolapse in Western literature,Chinese medicine history collected on the awareness of rectal prolapse and rectal prolapse in recent years,surgical techniques are reviewed.And for the division to adopt triple surgery(ligation with rectal mucosa,rectum around the gap injection,anal ring reduction surgery) treatment of rectal prolapse clinical observation.Objective:To observe the triple for the Treatment of Rectocele(rectal prolapse) patients.Methods:58 cases of patients with rectal prolapse(Ⅱdegrees 24 cases,Ⅲdegrees 34 cases) using triple surgery(ligation with rectal mucosa,rectum around the gap injection,anal ring reduction surgery),point to make mucosal tight ligation,injection Xiao zhi ling makes muscularis mucosa and adhesions, it is no longer pull muscularis mucosa prolapse.Anal contraction to streng then the anal sphincter relaxation in the case of anal sphincter and rectum supporting role.Rectum around the injection Xiaozhiling produce aseptic inflammation,adhesions with surrounding tissue,both inside and outside the two-tier fixed rectal muscular adhesions.And treatment before and after defecation frequency,defecation time,analflu,prolapse and other clinical symptoms were compared.The results of 58 cases of patients cured 48 cases,10 cases of improvement in the total effective rate was 100%,no complications and sequelae.Conclusion:The triple for the treatment of rectal prolapse has a satisfactory effect.Practice has proved that the triple Surgical method is simple,less pain, shorter hospitalization time,low-cost,fewer complications.For the treatment of rectal prolapse is most ideal way.
