Purpose: To evaluate the effect of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction , discuss the optimal position of the tunne in thereconstruction process.Material and method: Sixty-one patients were followed by questionnairessignificant differences between preoperative and follow-up data.Results: Forty-three patients were followed(follow-up rate was 86.88%).Atan average 2 years followed-up,the mean Lysholm scores improved from26-73 points (mean 53.55 points) preoperatively to 72-98 points (mean90.84 points).All knees had an improvement.No patient developed anyjiont sepsis or any deep wound infection from the surgical procedure.Allpatients had full or near full range of motion.Conclusion: When selecting ligament in the full consideration of theindividual difference, keep patients ligament reconstruction, fixed firmlytubes surgery is the guarantee of success. |
