Purpose: To research on the frequency of pulmonary symptoms of lung cancer patientssuch as cough, expectoration, and analysis of the efficacy and drug laws of the use of adjusted activities of qi theory by treatment of pulmonary symptoms in patients with lung cancer.Method: Used clinical observation methods, analysis of 47 cases of lung cancer in patientswith common clinical symptoms, and 43 cases in which existence of cough, expectoration and other pulmonary symptoms in patients with lung cancer by the use of air-adjust the theoretical treatment, and its syndromes, drug laws and efficacy analysis.Results:1.47 cases of lung cancer patients have symptoms of cough 36 cases (76.6%); appear expectoration symptoms have 28 cases (59.6%); symptoms of cough or expectoration of a total of 43 cases (91.5%).2.42 cases of lung cancer patients in 43 cases (97.7%) used strengthening vital qi Chinese materia medica such as ginseng ; has 40 cases (93.0%) used anti-cancer Chinese materia medica, such as hedyotis, barbated skullcup herb; has 23 cases (53.5% ) used transfer qi movement Chinese materia medica such as Chinese thorowax root, baical skullcap root.3. In patients with Chinese medicine treatment of 5 cases markedly effective (12%), effective 31 cases (72%), seven cases of invalid (16%).Conclusion:1. Lung cancer patients with the most common symptoms are cough, expectoration and other pulmonary symptoms.2. Chinese materia medica commonly used for the treatment of lung cancer are strengthening vital qi and transfer qi movement Chinese materia medica.3. Lung cancer patients the use of air-adjust the theoretical treatment, can improve the clinical symptoms, improve quality of life.
