Shenmai Injection In Elderly Patients After Abdominal Surgery Fatigue Syndrome Clinical Efficacy Observed

Purpose1.This research was aim study the therapeutic effect of elderly patients abdominal postoperative fatigue.2.Observation curative effect that shengmai for injection treat elderly patients abdominal postoperative fatigue.3.Researching mechanism of shengmai for injection treat elderly patients abdominal postoperative fatigue,for clinical medicine provides curative effect remarkable,scientific standard measures of postoperative fatigue.Material and method38patients were into tow groups:study group(20) and control group (18),patients study group received shenmai for injection once every day until the seventh day after surgery when control group did not.ResultsThe fatigue degree(christensen scores) the third,the seventh day after surgery were lower than control group's(P＜0.05);The first,the third,the seventh day after surgery the transferrin and C-reactive protein were also lower than control group's(P＜0.05),study group's nemuber of lymphocyte were also higher than control group's(P＜0.05);Two groups of body weights have the drop,compares the not remarkable difference.ConclusionShengmai for injection can relieve elderly patients abdominal postoperative fatigue following surgery.
