HuangDiNeijing, which is the theoretical root of Chinese traditional medicine, contains a large amount of valuable bioethics wisdom. Neijing roots in profound soil of Chinese traditional culture and pursues the organic combination of humanistic philosophy and biotic science. The analysis and conclusion of bioethics ideology in Neijing will make for transfusing more Chinese element in the theoretical system of bioethics of contemporary China. This will be beneficial complement in the field of theory and social practice.The essay considers that the reasonableness of bioethics theory in Neijing is based on naturalistic philosophy. It is a relatively perfect theoretical system in bioethics, which lies in long-term, experienced accumulation and medical practice. The author abstracts four basic principles from Neijing, which should follow when confronted with bioethics problems. They correspond to basic principles of contemporary bioethics. Neijing has a set of perfect and scientific ethical theory of preserving one's health towards improving the life quality. It contends that life should be in accord with pristine nature and shouldn't be influenced excessively by external things. And it advocates a series of moral cultivation methods such as quietness and nihility, controlling emotions and being less appetency to maintain the body and mind. Faced with serious medical ethics problems in modern society, we need anew explain the abundant medical ethical criterion, medical ethical education, moral cultivation and social supervising theory to comprehend much useful enlightenment. Chinese scholars should inherit and develop bioethical wisdom in Neijing to melt into bioethics system with Chinese characteristics.
