Purpose: Observate Bushen Ningxin Granules'affect on anxiety in rat model of heart rate, blood pressure, plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (atria natriuretic polypepide, ANP) and brain tissueγ-aminobutyric acid (γ-aminobutyric acid, GABA) the impact to verify Bushen Ningxin Granules of cardiac neurosis intervention role of anxiety symptoms, and further study to validate its efficacy.Method: Check 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups of 10, respectively, as the positive control group, blank group, model group, Bushen Ningxin Granules high, medium and low dose group.①the use of tail artery pulsatility measured before the experiment, experimental rats after the blood pressure and heart rate;②using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay after experimental rat plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide;③using HPLC assay after experimental rat brain ofγ-aminobutyric acid content.Result:①After the experiment the model group with the treatment of rats with experimental heart rate is higher earlier, one of the most obvious increase in the model group, model group, Bushen Ningxin Granule middle dose group, low-dose group compared with the experiment before there is significant differences (P <0.01); experimental model rats after heart rate is significantly higher than blank positive control group, there is a very significant difference (P <0.01); And after the experiment Bushen Ningxin Granules high-dose group, positive control group animals, heart rate compared with the model group has a very significant difference (P <0.01), Bushen Ningxin Granules high dose group compared with the positive control group has no significant difference (P> 0.05); experiment Bushen Ningxin Granules middle dose group and low-dose group animals, heart rate compared with the model group are not significantly different, but there is still a certain degree of decline;②After the experiment the blood pressure in rats of model group compared with before the experiment although the higher trend, but has no significant difference (P> 0.05), more than before the experiment in each group, after the experiment has no significant change; experimental model of rats after the blood pressure and blank group is no significant difference (P> 0.05); experiment Bushen Ningxin Granules administration group and positive control group of animals blood pressure compared with the blank positive control group has no significant difference (P> 0.05);③After the model of experimental rats in plasma atrial natriuretic peptide levels compared with the blank positive control group decreased significantly, there is a very significant difference (P <0.01); and after the experiment Bushen Ningxin Granules high-dose group, positive control group and the middle dose group and model group, can significantly improve animal plasma atrial natriuretic peptide levels (P <0.01), heart and kidney particles. Bushen Ningxin Granules high-dose group compared with the positive control group has no significant difference (P> 0.05), middle dose group compared with the positive control group has extremely significant difference (P <0.01); After the experiment Bushen Ningxin Granules of low-dose group compared with the model group are not significantly different (P> 0.05), but the trend is still rising;④Experimental group after the model of rat brainγ-aminobutyric acid content is significantly lower than the blank group, there is a very significant difference (P <0.01); the positive control group animals brainγ-aminobutyric acid content compared with the model group or there is obvious high, there is a very significant difference (P <0.01); Bushen Ningxin Granules treatment groups brainγ-aminobutyric acid content compared with the model group is not significantly different (P> 0.05), but must have the increased trend .Conclusion:①Bushen Ningxin Granules can significantly slow down the heart rate in rats;②Bushen Ningxin Granules has no significant effect on anxiety rats'blood pressure;③Bushen Ningxin Granules can significantly improve cardiac anxiety centers in rat plasma sodium pigment content;④Bushen Ningxin Granules can improve mild anxiety in the rat brainγ-aminobutyric acid content, but less than the role of diazepam.
